Redevelopment of this vacant brownfield site in the heart of a thriving community introduced many unique challenges for the team of seasoned professionals at Mid-Penn Engineering.  Our team was instrumental in performing the necessary due-diligence to properly identify and manage key project challenges such as environmental hazards, wetland/stream/floodplain impacts, traffic impacts, and stormwater management.

  • Zoning compliance investigations and technical support related to a Flexible Redevelopment Ordinance
